Hands is a South African jewellery manufacturing corporation specialising in the production of speciality chains in gold and silver. All jewellery is manufactured in Pretoria, South Africa and we currently have sales offices both in Pretoria and Cape Town.

Hands is the brain-child of Nicky Ackerman, one of the top jewellery designers and goldsmiths in Pretoria for over 25 years. For a long time it has been his dream to produce a truly African range of jewellery. This dream has been realised with the "Big five" range, the first of many in the African collection. Nicky has hand selected his team and personally supervises the entire manufacturing process.

Hands draws its name from the obvious, in that each and every piece within the range has been hand crafted. Before each piece goes on sale, it goes through a rigourous screening process and we pride ourselves on the strictest attention to detail.

At Hands most of our designs draw on the natural shapes, flora and fauna within South Africa to create a unique product not only within South Africa but throughout the world. We pride ourselves on the unique styles within our range as well as our high quality and attention to detail when maufacturing each item.

To keep abreast of the ever changing fashion industry, our highly skilled design team is constantly working on new ranges to keep up with consumer trends both nationally and internationally.
